Ceetec has been developing and manufacturing highly automated systems for more than 30 years. We provide machines that fulfill the toughest requirements for modern roll forming lines with integrated assembly and handing units. Over the years, we have made more than 100 lines for customers all over the world.
One of our special competences is roll forming of thin sheets ranging from 0.1mm to 3- 5mm, Both as blanks and from coil. A roll forming line could include a packing system, e.g. with a carton raiser, adding of profiles and stacking of the final packaging.
Modular System
The stop time required for switching profiles is another area Ceetec focused on while developing our roll forming concept. We have developed all our rolling tools as well as
punching and cutting tools as modular systems with quick click systems, facilitating fast mounting on and dismounting from the line.
Keywords
A Ceetec roll forming line is characterized by it being constructed based on three keywords:
1. Cooperation
We always develop our roll forming lines in close cooperation with our customers who often will have specific requirements which we combine with our ideas and knowhow. We often see that a customer’s own employees monitor the development and production at close range by being present in our production hall.
2. Simplicity
The construction stage is always rooted in the concept, ”keep it simple”. We believe that simplicity makes us competitive and creates the best results for our customers. Simplicity is also equal to user-friendliness and a minimal service and maintenance level.
3. Quality
If the quality is poor, nothing else matters. Therefore, we spent a lot of resources ensuring the best quality in everything we do. When we stand in front of the finished installation, we will not leave until it works – this is how we wish to be remembered.
