Double roll forming line for Asia with an annual capacity of 25m items was designed, developed and produced in close cooperation with the Asian customer.
For this line, we developed a new infeeder and a flying cut. The infeeder is used to remove the tension in the steel in the roll forming lines.
The flying cut is a movable, continuous and easily adjustable CMC-controlled hydraulic cut that cuts the steel in accordance with a fixed measure.
